Deposits

All bookings require a 50% deposit.

This deposit secures your project date and is non-refundable except where required by law.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)

You have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel under UK law.

If you request work to begin during this period:

• You agree that work may start immediately.

• If you cancel, you must pay for work completed.

• If work is fully completed within 14 days, your cancellation right is lost.

Cancellation After 14 Days

• Cancelling before substantial work begins: deposit retained.

• Cancelling within 30 days of the project start date: full remaining balance payable.

• Cancelling after work has progressed significantly: payment required for work completed.
